Structured storytelling speech practice app for career coaching
Better practice,
better sessions,
better outcomes.
Interactive structured storytelling practice between sessions helps you and your clients shape their stories, find their words, and take them where it matters.
Triclaro helps to:
Try out loud in private
Roleplay with a realistic assistant, before the real conversation.
Practice with no pressure
Pause, breathe, go again. A rough start is not a failed attempt.
Prepare for realistic follow-ups
The assistant asks the question an interviewer would ask next.
Speak in a structured way
STAR or other structured frameworks stay in view and updated as they speak.
Keep every real case on record
Details from each attempt are added to their case.
Tighten each retelling
Each attempt shows which part needs more detail, so the next retelling fixes it.
Run short, easy reps
Pick a story and start answering within a minute.
Hear their progress
Play the first attempt and today’s back to back to hear how far they have come.
Chase less
The app reminds clients to practice, so you do not have to chase them.
See progress before you meet
Current case, cadence, and shared attempts on one page.
Review attempts with highlights
Listen with the structure beside it, then prepare a question.
Set the cadence
Agree a weekly pace with each client and adjust it any time.
Those of your clients who practice between sessions get better faster.
But how do you get those who don’t to start?
Practicing their stories out loud is the part clients often skip.
It feels awkward alone, there is no one to respond, and a blank page gives them nothing to react to.
Skipping costs nothing today. It costs a lot when the interview, the review, or the negotiation arrives and the story has never left their head.
At SeinX we have been working on a solution to this problem: an interactive structured storytelling speech practice app for coaches and clients.
Practice Scenario Demo
Daan is preparing for a job interview with his coach, Anna.
A practice reminder arrives, he answers an interview question out loud, then a follow-up about the part he left out. He sees which parts of his story are there, compares two attempts, and shares one with Anna.
Then the demo switches to Anna’s app, where she listens to his attempt and prepares a question for their next session.
This is the core practice loop that we envision for these apps.

Would this fit the way you coach?
We would like to hear how your clients prepare between sessions, what you wish you could see before you meet, and whether a tool like this would fit the way you work.

Who is it for?
Independent career, interview, and executive coaches, and the clients they prepare for high-stakes conversations.
What is the benefit?
Clients get a private place to practice out loud between sessions, and you get something concrete to work with. Research finds that practicing aloud reduces public speaking anxiety, and that coaching and practice improve interview performance. We have not tested Triclaro itself yet, so we make no promises about outcomes such as job offers.

Is it meant to replace coaches?
No. Triclaro is built to strengthen the work between you and your client. The assistant gives them somewhere to practice; you stay the one who knows them, hears their story, and decides what comes next.
How does it fit into my sessions?
Clients arrive having practiced. Before a session you see the attempts they shared, with audio and structure, and how many they did this week against the pace you agreed. You can prepare a question and spend the time on the conversation only you can have.
What does the assistant do?
It plays the interviewer: it asks a question, then realistic follow-ups, while the client answers out loud. As they speak, it tracks the structure you have agreed on, such as STAR, and shows which parts are there.
Does it judge how my client speaks?
No. It checks structure only. Delivery, confidence, and what suits a particular interview stay with you and your client.
Will I hear every practice attempt?
Only the ones your client chooses to share. Practice stays private until they send it, and what they share gives the two of you something concrete to work on.
What about confidential details in recordings?
Before each attempt, the app reminds clients to leave out names, sensitive client details, and anything covered by an NDA. Naturally, the app will be built with GDPR in mind, and will be hosted in Europe.
Can I use Triclaro now?
Not yet. What you see here is a product concept. We are talking with coaches about how it should fit their work, and the founding coaches group is how you take part.
